About Us
We are a 45 bed skilled facility located in a small rural community approximately 20 miles West of Pocahontas, Iowa. Our outstanding, dedicated, caring long-term staff leads the way in maintaining Pleasant View's excellent reputation. We also have an Independent Living quarters with 16 apartments. Please refer to the "CountySide Living" Pleasant View Home is unique as it is owned by stockholders and elects a Board of Directors to assist in governing. The Administrator manages the facility on a daily basis. We accept Medicare and Medicaid residents. |
